The solution was a warm-up funnel. It consists of a series of messages answering basic customer questions and reminders to leave a phone number.

The MVP CRM (minimum viable product) we made in 2 months. It took us about 6-8 months to debug all the processes and write work instructions for the sales department. Now it allows us to hire new sales managers without any additional effort.

To assess the client's business and marketing situation, we applied a technique that we call the marketing unit. It is a decomposition of the business model in the context of all advertising channels, presented in the form of a funnel, where * is a multiplication sign: market * traffic * converter * sales team * finances = profit.

We are engaged in the implementation of CRM, end-to-end analytics, redesign of the site and promotional materials. When we started getting our first numbers (2020), we saw actual data on conversions, sales, revenue, profits, and started launching new advertising channels: we relaunched social media, and we also started running Yandex.Q, SERM, and SEO.

In order to achieve the KPIs the client wanted more quickly, we needed to choose a principle by which the team would work. And the first thing we had to learn was not to think in terms of tasks, which can drag on endlessly, but in terms of hypotheses. That is, to change the team's thinking and approach.

We and the AREYES team developed an AR mask, which allows you to try different hairstyles on yourself. Initially it was created to virally attract subscribers to the account, but after the launch we saw that the high reach of the mask did not attract any subscribers, then we sent this hypothesis to the "Failure" section and started looking for new ways to use it.
