Marketing Agent · in development · early access open

Buy the AI answer on day one. Switch off the ad when your content wins it for free.

Status: In active development, early access open on all plans.

Organic AI citations take 4–8 weeks to compound. AI Ads Arbitrage bridges that gap. We launch paid placements in ChatGPT Ads, Google AI Overviews, and Microsoft Copilot on the exact buyer prompts where your brand has 0% visibility today. As your Workspace articles earn organic citations, the platform pauses paid spend topic by topic.

Week-1 pipeline while content builds

While your articles gain weight and earn organic citations, we buy high-intent traffic and leads straight from AI search answers.

Why combine content and AI ads

Siloed tools either make you wait or make you overpay.

Content alone leaves a 60-day blind spot.

Until AI crawlers index and cite your new pages, high-intent buyers asking commercial questions only see your competitors.

Ads alone charge you for clicks you already own.

Standard ad tools bid blindly on keywords without checking whether ChatGPT or Google AI already recommends your brand #1 organically.

One loop in Workspace.

Hermes maps the gaps, AI Ads capture immediate demand, ContentOS ships articles to win the organic answer, and the platform pauses paid ads once organic visibility holds.

How the agent works

Six steps from zero visibility to free organic answers.

01 · Gap Map

Zero-visibility commercial prompts

Hermes scans 6 global AI platforms and isolates the high-intent buyer questions where competitors are named and your brand is absent.

02 · Dialog Scenarios

Conversation-context targeting hints

Instead of two-word search keywords, the agent generates up to 2,000 buyer conversation scenarios and negative-phrase exclusions per ad group.

03 · Multi-Network Launch

ChatGPT Ads, Google AI & Copilot

Provision and fund campaigns through our pre-approved agency accounts across OpenAI ChatGPT Ads, Google AI Overviews / AI Mode, and Microsoft Copilot.

04 · Parallel Content

Workspace articles for the same gaps

While paid ads capture demand in week one, your marketer (or our engineer on Custom) ships source-backed articles in ContentOS to win those answers organically.

05 · Auto-Pause Arbitrage

Pause paid spend when organic wins

Each subsequent Hermes scan checks your organic citation share. Once your content holds the answer, the agent pauses paid ads on that topic and shifts budget to new gaps.

06 · Rank Protection

Automatic resume on model updates

If an AI model update temporarily drops your organic visibility below threshold, paid coverage resumes automatically while the article is queued for refresh.

Inventory & CPC benchmarks

Where your ads run in October 2026.

Actual cost per click depends on auction competition, geography, and landing-page relevance. High-relevance ContentOS pages typically reduce CPC by 20–35%.

AI Ads FAQ

How early access, billing, and auto-pause work.

What is the current status of the AI Ads Arbitrage agent?

The automated Workspace UI is currently in active development. Early access is live today on all plans: our agency ad accounts in OpenAI ChatGPT Ads, Google Ads (AI Overviews & AI Mode), and Microsoft Copilot are provisioned and active, and campaign setup, consolidated billing, and Hermes-linked pause/resume rules run in a guided semi-automated loop with our team.

Which AI platforms support paid advertising today?

We run paid placements across three core networks: OpenAI ChatGPT Ads (sponsored cards below ChatGPT answers across 89 countries), Google AI Overviews & Google AI Mode (Gemini-powered search summaries), and Microsoft Copilot Ads. For Perplexity, where self-serve ads are paused in favor of $50k+ enterprise IOs, we capture answers organically for $0 in ad spend via ContentOS.

How does pricing and the percentage of ad spend work?

AI Ads access is included in your monthly Humanswith.ai platform subscription ($149 Starter, $1,497 Growth, $2,977 Scale, $4,977 Outlier). On top of the flat subscription, we charge a transparent percentage of managed ad spend that covers consolidated invoice billing, payment processing, and automated bid/pause management: +20% on Starter, +15% on Growth, +12% on Scale, and +9% on Outlier.

Who sets up and runs the campaigns?

On Starter, Growth, Scale, and Outlier, your in-house marketer or agency manages the loop inside the Workspace with onboarding and strategy consulting from our team. If you want a dedicated marketing engineer from our team to operate both your content pipeline and your AI ad campaigns for you, that is scoped on our Custom plan.

Why combine AI Ads with ContentOS instead of running ads alone?

Running ads alone means paying $1–$6 per click forever, often on queries where the AI engine already recommends your brand organically right above the ad. Running content alone takes 4–8 weeks before AI crawlers index and cite new pages. Combining both gives you immediate pipeline in week one and cuts paid spend by 50–60% by month five as organic citations take over.

What minimum monthly ad spend do you recommend?

Conversion-optimized bidding needs roughly 15–20 clicks per day per network to exit the learning phase, which equals about $50/day ($1,500/mo) for one platform. For a single niche or European/emerging market we recommend starting at $1,500–$2,500/mo; for mid-market Europe/MENA $3,000–$5,000/mo; and for competitive US/UK B2B categories $5,000–$12,000/mo.
