Editorial cover: AI visibility tools in 2026, 10 platforms compared with pricing, Humanswith.AI

Plans for AI visibility tracking range from $29 a month for 15 prompts at Otterly.AI to custom enterprise quotes at Profound and Conductor, and the price per tracked prompt on published plans runs from €0.66 at LLM Pulse to $3.98 at Semrush. We checked the ten platforms below on their official pricing pages on October 13, 2026. One of them, Humanswith.AI, is ours, so this article has no ranking and no "best" pick. Each platform is described only by what its own pages say.

The short version. If you only need measurement, entry plans run from $29 to $99 a month and cover 15 to 50 prompts. If you also need articles produced, the price moves to $79 a month at Writesonic (billed annually) and from $149 to $4,997 a month at Humanswith.AI. Two platforms, Profound and Conductor, publish no price at all.

Section 01

How much do AI visibility tools cost in 2026?

Eight of the ten platforms publish a paid entry price, between $29 and $295 a month, with LLM Pulse quoted in euros from €49 and Humanswith.AI starting at $149. Profound offers only a free trial and Conductor shows no price. The table puts all ten side by side on what you actually buy: the billing unit, the number of AI engines inside the plan, and how often prompts are checked.

Platform Entry paid plan, per month What you pay for AI engines in the plan Check frequency
Peec AI $95 (Starter, 50 prompts) Prompts, with a monthly answer cap (4,500 on Starter) 3, chosen from ChatGPT, AI Mode, AI Overviews, Copilot, Gemini, Naver AI Daily on every plan
Otterly.AI $29 (Lite, 15 prompts) Prompts 4 (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Copilot); Claude, AI Mode, Gemini cost extra Daily
Scrunch AI $250 (Core, 125 prompts) Unique prompts and 5,000 responses a month 4 (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AIO, Copilot); 9 on Enterprise Not stated on the pricing page
AthenaHQ $295 (Starter, 3,600 credits) Credits, where 1 credit = 1 AI response 11 models Not stated on the pricing page
LLM Pulse €49 weekly or €79 daily (Starter, 50 prompts) Prompts, priced by check frequency 5 on every plan Weekly or daily, you choose
Writesonic $79 billed annually (Starter, 50 prompts) Prompts, with articles and site audits in the plan 3 (ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AIO); 8 on Enterprise Daily answer tracking
Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit $99 (25 prompts, 1 domain) Tracked prompts Not counted on the toolkit page; ChatGPT and Google AI Mode are named Daily
Humanswith.AI $149 (Starter, 100 prompts) Prompts, engines, scans and articles 10 engines in total: ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AIO, Google AI Mode, Alice, Yandex Neuro, Yandex AI Mode, GigaChat, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot. Plans scan 1 (Starter), 3 (Growth) or 6 (Scale, Outlier) Once a month; twice on Outlier
Profound Free 7-day trial, then custom Custom plan plus agent credits 3 in the trial; up to 9 on Enterprise Daily
Conductor Custom Tracked keywords, drafts and AI search credits Not named on the pricing page Not stated for AI answers

Two columns do most of the work. The billing unit tells you what grows the bill. The engine count tells you what you get for it, and it is rarely the number on the homepage.

Section 03

How much does one tracked prompt cost?

Dividing the monthly plan price by the number of prompts gives the price per tracked prompt, from €0.66 at LLM Pulse's weekly Growth plan to $3.98 at Semrush Starter. The arithmetic is ours, based on the October 13 prices and each vendor's own currency.

Platform and plan Price per tracked prompt Per prompt, per engine in the plan
LLM Pulse, weekly: Starter / Growth / Scale €0.98 / €0.66 / €0.66 Starter €0.20
LLM Pulse, daily: Starter / Growth / Scale €1.58 / €0.99 / €1.00 Starter €0.32
Otterly.AI: Lite / Standard / Premium $1.93 / $1.89 / $1.22 Lite $0.48
Peec AI: Starter / Pro / Advanced $1.90 / $1.63 / $1.41 Starter $0.63
Writesonic, billed annually: Starter / Basic / Growth $1.58 / $1.99 / $2.00 Starter $0.53
Scrunch AI: Core $2.00 $0.50
Humanswith.AI: Starter / Growth / Scale / Outlier $1.49 / $2.99 / $3.00 / $2.50 Starter $1.49 (one engine)
Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit $3.96 Engines not counted
Semrush combined plans: Starter / Pro+ / Advanced $3.98 / $2.99 / $2.75 Engines not counted
AthenaHQ No prompt price: $0.08 per AI response Credits, not prompts
Profound, Conductor On request On request

Read this table with three cautions. First, the check frequency changes the meaning of a prompt: a daily prompt is checked about 30 times a month, a weekly one about four, and Humanswith.AI's once. Second, Writesonic, Semrush and Humanswith.AI put articles, audits or SEO tools into the same price, so their number is not a pure measurement price. Third, a prompt at Peec runs on three models and at LLM Pulse on five, which is why the right-hand column exists.

Some vendors state the unit more directly. Peec's Starter plan includes 4,500 AI answers a month, which is 50 prompts times 3 models times 30 daily checks, or about $0.02 an answer. Scrunch Core includes 5,000 responses, about $0.05 each. AthenaHQ sells credits, so its Starter plan costs about $0.08 per AI response.

Section 04

Which platforms do not publish a price?

Profound and Conductor publish no price for any paid plan. Several other platforms hide only their top tier or their add-ons, and it helps to know where the quote starts.

  • Profound: everything after the 7-day trial is Enterprise, custom, with agent credits on top.
  • Conductor: all three plans, Essentials, Growth and Enterprise, are quoted individually.
  • Otterly.AI: Enterprise from 1,000 prompts is custom.
  • Peec AI: Enterprise, with up to 13 models, is custom.
  • Scrunch AI: Enterprise, with nine models and API access, is custom.
  • AthenaHQ: API access and extra credits are add-ons priced on request, and Enterprise is custom.
  • LLM Pulse: Enterprise and white-label are custom, while the public plans continue past Scale to larger prompt packs.
  • Writesonic: Enterprise, with all eight platforms and the full Action Center, is custom.
  • Semrush: Enterprise is custom.
  • Humanswith.AI: the Custom tier, covering all ten engines, is sized on a call.

Section 05

Why can't you compare these prices directly?

Because the platforms charge for different things, and five differences account for most of the confusion.

  1. The billing unit. Peec, Otterly and LLM Pulse sell prompts. Scrunch sells prompts and a monthly response cap. AthenaHQ sells credits. Conductor sells keywords and drafts. Humanswith.AI sells a bundle of prompts, engines, scans and articles.
  2. Engines on the site versus engines in the plan. Peec shows six models but includes three. Otterly includes four and charges for three more. Scrunch's Core plan covers four models, its Enterprise nine. Humanswith.AI works with ten engines, and each plan scans one, three or six of them.
  3. Frequency. LLM Pulse charges 50% to 61% more for daily checks than for weekly ones, for the same prompts.
  4. Annual billing. Writesonic quotes prices that assume annual payment. Otterly gives 15% off for a year, and LLM Pulse's yearly plan costs ten months.
  5. What else is inside. Writesonic includes articles and site audits, Semrush bundles SEO tools, and Humanswith.AI includes produced articles. A tracker and a platform that also writes sit in different price categories.

Section 06

Which platform fits which situation?

The right choice depends on the job, not on the lowest price, so here are three common situations and the questions they raise. This is a guide to reading the table, not a recommendation.

  • You only need to know where you stand. A tracker is enough. Compare the engines you care about against what the plan includes, then the prompt count against your list of buyer questions. Entry plans at Otterly, Peec, LLM Pulse and Scrunch cover that.
  • You already use an SEO suite. Semrush's toolkit or combined plans add AI tracking to a tool you may already pay for. Check the prompt cap first: the toolkit includes 25.
  • You need someone to produce the content that closes the gaps. Look at Writesonic, Humanswith.AI or an enterprise suite such as Conductor or Profound. These cost more, because production is part of the price, and someone on your team must still approve each article.

Section 07

How do you choose in four steps?

Start with the question of what you are buying, because price comes fourth. Work through these four steps in order:

  1. Decide what you need. Measurement alone, or measurement plus produced content.
  2. Decide who writes and publishes. If a writer or an agency already does, do not pay twice for production.
  3. Count the engines your audience uses, then count the engines that sit inside the plan, not on the homepage.
  4. Fix a baseline and re-measure later. In our internal audit of 158 publications, articles older than two months were cited by AI engines in 43% of cases, while articles younger than a month were cited in 7% to 15%. A measurement taken two weeks after publishing can mislead in either direction.

Section 08

FAQ

What is the cheapest AI visibility tool in 2026?

Otterly.AI Lite at $29 a month for 15 prompts is the lowest published entry price among the ten. LLM Pulse starts at €49 a month for 50 prompts with weekly checks, and Peec AI at $95 for 50 prompts with daily checks. Cheaper per prompt is not always cheaper per result, because the engines and frequency differ.

Which of these platforms do not publish prices?

Profound and Conductor publish no price for any paid plan. The Enterprise tiers of Peec, Otterly, Scrunch, AthenaHQ, LLM Pulse, Writesonic and Semrush are also custom, and so is the Custom tier of Humanswith.AI.

What is a prompt, and why do vendors count it differently?

A prompt is one question that the tool sends to AI engines on a schedule. Some vendors count each prompt once per plan, some multiply it by the models in the plan, and AthenaHQ counts every AI response as a credit. Compare the billing unit before you compare prices.

Can I try these platforms before paying?

Some offer a trial. LLM Pulse has a 14-day free trial, Profound a 7-day trial with 50 prompts a day, AthenaHQ a free Essential plan with 300 credits, and Writesonic says you can start free without a card. The Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit has no free trial.

How many AI engines does the cheapest plan include?

It ranges from one to five. Humanswith.AI Starter scans in ChatGPT only, Peec includes three models, Otterly and Scrunch four, and LLM Pulse five. Check the plan, not the homepage.

Does a tracking tool improve my visibility by itself?

No. A tracker shows where a brand appears in AI answers and where it does not. Closing the gaps takes content, technical fixes and publication on sources the engines cite, which is separate work from measurement.

How often should I re-measure?

Weekly checks suit active content work. For judging results, wait at least two months after publication, because new pages need time before AI engines cite them.
