Stages of Work on the Set Task

- Stage 1: Lifting the Penalty Through a Comprehensive Website Overhaul

Key Issues Identified During In-Depth Analysis:

Service pages contained little to no relevant content;

  • Boilerplate (repetitive) blocks made up 80% of the content on each page.

What We Did to Recover from the Filter:

  • Completely rebuilt the semantic core , uncovering widespread keyword cannibalisation across pages.

  • Merged over 30 duplicate pages using 301 redirects to eliminate internal competition.

  • Radically revised the service page structure , removing boilerplate blocks from indexing and creating unique, relevant content for each service.

  • Optimised page load speed by 2x , and implemented E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authority, Trustworthiness) improvements to offset traffic loss from Yandex by boosting performance in Google.

Intermediate Results (December 2023):

  • First signs of recovery from the Yandex filter;

Stage 2: Usability Overhaul and Technical Improvements

We carried out a major overhaul of the user experience:

Redesign of key conversion elements : booking forms, CTA blocks, and navigation — resulting in a 92% increase in conversion rate .

Since November 2024, we launched a regional market capture strategy:

Created 10 regional subdomains
