From agency to platform
Three things changed between 2019 and 2025.
01 · Buyer surface
The buyer's first surface stopped being Google.
From 2019 to early 2024 we optimised landing pages, ads, CRM funnels, and SEO. The buyer Googled, landed, converted. From late 2024 the buyer asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, or Yandex Neuro before they Google — and the answer is built from third-party citations, not from the website. The optimisation surface moved.
02 · Proof model
The proof model changed.
These thirty-four cases prove what happened in a Google-search world: leads, ROI, conversion rate, traffic, SEO position. The seven modern cases at /cases prove what happens in an AI-search world: how often each engine names the brand, where the citation lives, and whether the next answer changes after a content release. Different KPI. Different measurement. Different proof.
03 · Delivery
The platform replaced the agency assembly line.
Through 2024 we delivered with people: senior strategist + content lead + dev + analyst per account. From 2025 the same delivery runs through Hermes + ContentOS + Website Agentic Optimization with one AI search operator per account. Same shipping cadence; ~5× the throughput; AEO/GEO as a first-class deliverable.
