Stages of launching a drivers–dispatchers marketplace

- Stage 1. No-code stack selection (1 week, January 2025)

Audit: WordPress/app (expensive, 6 months) vs Tilda + Airtable (2 weeks). Chose no-code for speed, flexibility, and control.

- Stage 2. MVP launch (3 weeks)

Built landing pages, database, and initial forms. Testing: 10 profiles, 5 matches.

- Stage 3. Scaling (March – June 2025)

Improvements: truck filters, auto-notifications. Ran ads on Facebook driving traffic to landing pages.
